Repeat Project from Satisfied Client

Last year Alman Consulting undertook a project for a client to improve the skills of the company’s sales team.  This work covered initially covered telephone sales techniques and developed into creating a process for Key Account Management.  The benefits of this work are many but the two key elements are the maximisation of business from the customer and the retention of those key accounts which are so important to the client.

The client has just started a new project to build on the initial success.  This new work will concentrate on improving the pro-activity of the sales team.  It will develop a systematic process to gather information when potential customers contact the company, to improve the conversion rate from prospect to customer and to create a system for new business generation.
